Back in 2018, I was troubleshooting a server that kept crashing during peak hours. The company had tried three different IT consultants, each promising miraculous fixes. None worked.
That's when I realized something important: most performance problems aren't mysterious. They're usually mundane issues hiding behind complex symptoms. A memory leak here, poor database indexing there, or network bottlenecks that everyone overlooks.
So we built BrainETFocus around a simple idea — actually understand what's happening before suggesting solutions. It sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how rare this approach is in our industry.
